Joint Research | The University of Osaka Announcement: An advance in single-chip, energy-efficient circularly polarized LEDs

Researchers from the ULVAC-University of Osaka Joint Research Laboratory for Future Technology and The University of Osaka have developed a novel high-efficiency circularly polarized light source by integrating semipolar InGaN quantum wells with a stripe-shaped SiNₓ metasurface.
