ULVAC Receives "Best Partner Award" from SK hynix ―Recognized for Continuous Commitment to Technical Excellence and Quality Improvement

ULVAC, Inc. and ULVAC KOREA, Ltd. (hereafter collectively referred to as "ULVAC") received the "Best Partner Award" from SK Hynix Inc. (referred to as SK Hynix), a leading semiconductor manufacturer in Korea, at the "2025 Partners Day" event held on September 29, 2025.

This award recognizes ULVAC's advanced technological capabilities and continuous efforts to improve quality, as demonstrated by its ENTRON sputtering system, which was qualified as POR* within SK hynix's semiconductor manufacturing process.

ULVAC has earned strong trust from its customers through close partnerships, with a consistent focus on both technological innovation and quality assurance.

In this award, the following three aspects were expecially recognized:

• Ensuring Technical Reliability: The sputtering system "ENTRON" demonstrated process reliability and uniform quality, earning POR qualification.
• Enhancing Technological Capabilities through Group Collaboration: The ULVAC Group strengthened its collaborative framework, promoting unified efforts across product development, performance verification, and customer support.
• Establishing a Pre-evaluation System: Evaluation systems and verification processes were implemented at the Technology Center PYEONGTAEK in Korea to ensure stable quality from the early stages of development.
