In recent years, the demand for semiconductors, electronic devices, and flat panel displays has been rising as technological innovation accelerates toward a smart and carbon-free society. Our company will continue to support the development of a smart and carbon-free society through our vacuum equipment and vacuum application businesses. We will bring to fruition our sustainability policy of "creating economic, social, and environmental value through comprehensively utilizing its vacuum and peripheral technologies".
With this in mind, we have decided to revise our Environmental Policy and Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Targets to further strengthen our environmental initiatives.
