In the pharmaceutical field, space-saving design, low cost, and high functionality are required for small-volume production and development freeze vacuum drying equipment. In response to this demand, ULVAC has commercialized the Model DFM.
Features
- Operation via a touch screen allows to switch modes between operation, alarm, and maintenance.
- Shelf temperature is program-controlled.
- Full automatic operation
- Electronic expansion valve is equipped as standard.
- Shelf temperature is controlled with thermal fluid circulation.
- The drying process management system DRYMONI * is included as standard.
- Vacuum control is stable from primary to secondary drying.
*ULVAC's proprietary technology (patent pending) is used to monitor changes in moisture content within the drying chamber.
