We informed you in November, 2004, that we would provide the power supply maintenance board for vacuum tube-type electron beam deposition only in the quantity we had in stock at that time. That stock has now run out.
We will provide our maintenance service for the Power supply as long as possible. It is expected, however, that procurement of the maintenance parts for the board might become difficult as time goes by. We recommend users of the vacuum tube type board to replace it with the currently used solid state electron beam power supply. We request your future patronage for ULVAC power supply products for coating.

By terminating these two models, we withdraw from providing all types of power supply maintenance boards for vacuum tube-type electron beam deposition. We will continue to provide our maintenance service as long as possible by replacement of individual parts.
Your inquiries about switching to the solid state power supply are accepted by the sales clerk in charge or sales department at ULVAC Standard Products Division.
