ULVAC joins the Semiconductor Climate Consortium (SCC)

ULVAC,Inc.（Headquarter in Hagisono, Chigasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, President and Chief Executive Officer; Setsuo Iwashita, hereinafter referred to as "ULVAC") is proud to announce its participation in the Semiconductor Climate Consortium (SCC) of SEMI as a founding member.
