    High Grade ITO Film Touch Screen Process

We found that the micro-crystalline ITO was the most suitable for a highly transparent and conductive film of a touch screen manufacturing process. Further, the Anti-Reflective (AR) coating with this ITO film has developed taking into account of transparency and visibility.

 High Grade Process 1 - Crystallization of ITO Film

SnO2 composition in an ITO target ideal for low-temperature crystallization: 10wt% → 6wt% or less.

Elimination of crystallization inhibiting factores caused by the gas released foromo the flim.

Annealing temperature (150℃ for 30 minutes or more)
