We provide our Thin Film Solar Cell Turnkey Line users component
materials. By using our qualification line , there is also the advantage
of great cut-down on the TÜV certifi cation acquisition period.
TCO-Glass (Thin Film amorphous)
Highly permeable glass on which a transparent electrode is formed.
Encapsulant
A sealant (adhesive) that is inserted between the TCO-Glass and the Back Sheet. This is required to offer high durability, long-lasting adhesion between the Glass and Back Sheet, excellent solubility and fluidity, as well as high light transmittance, transparency, and flexibility.
Frame
Aluminum frame that has been treated with alumite to provide improved durability.
J - Box
Located at the rear of the solar panel, this collects the electric energy that is generated and transmits it to an external device.
Edge Sealing
Applied to the top surface and sides of the panel to provide improved sealing performance.
Pottingt
Made of a highly water-resistant material, this seals the J-BOX to protect the diode and electrode.
Back Sheet
A material that is exposed to the outside environment, this ensures a long service life for the thin-film solar panel. This is required to offer high light resistance, electrical insulation, mechanical characteristics, workability, and a good match with the filling material.
* Back glass, PET tape, PET film, and other products are also in the pipeline. For more information, please contact us.
